The Two Principal Writers of These Reports
These reports were written by Thomas J. Martin, Publisher, who developed The Business Library over the past 16 years, and Karolyn Schuster, Managing Editor, who has worked with the company for 25 years.
Schuster is an award-winning reporter, writer, and editor. Her numerous awards include the Jesse H. Neal Award, the top national award of the American Business Press, and four national and regional awards for Editorial Excellence from the American Society of Business Press Editors. Schuster was Managing Editor of The Business Owner publication for 20-plus years and is currently Managing Editor of You and Your Finances, the company's bimonthly newsletter on personal finances for individuals and for distribution by institutions and other organizations to their customers.
Martin is the former publisher of The Business Owner publication, which he founded in 1977, sold in 2001. He is an investment banker, valuation specialist, and expert witness. He has written more than 900 articles and advisories and has presented hundreds of workshops and seminars to thousands of business owners on many of the subjects covered in The Business Library.
